OUR APPROACH
Navitas System Integration (NSI) in Plymouth, Massachusetts, was founded by president and founder Dan White in 2008. Dan recognized a need among contractors and building owners for comprehensive system-integration capabilities paired with responsive, accountable service.
As an independent company with large-scale capability, NSI offers the best of both worlds. First, we are a certified Siemens Solution Partner including all Siemens Critical Environment (Lab) solutions as well as a Honeywell authorized Building Control Specialist (BCS). We install state-of-the-art systems and develop solutions for major clients with complex project requirements.
Second, we offer the accountability and flexibility of a local company unbeholden to a parent corporation. Our minimal overhead allows us to pass savings along to our clients. We adjust nimbly to project changes and communicate regularly about milestones and progress. Most of all, our co-owners Dan White and Matt Slattery are personally accountable and stand by their word.

DANIEL F. WHITE
Co-Founder, President
A 25-year veteran of the HVAC industry, Dan White launched NSI in 2008 as a solution for building owners and contractors seeking state-of-the-art building automation systems along with accountable service. As president and CEO, he personally ensures every client is satisfied.
From 1989 to 2008, Dan worked for Mechanical Air Controls, his family’s HVAC business in Marshfield, Massachusetts. He managed all aspects of the service division and developed custom, web-based applications for service orders, scheduling, and inventory control.
Concurrent with this work, Dan led a successful career in asset management and finance, holding positions at Boston Partners Asset Management, Ithaca Partners, and AIG International.
Dan earned a BS in marketing from Fairfield University and is a proud alumnus of Boston College High School. He has four children and enjoys coaching, playing golf and hockey, and supporting local sports teams and charities.
MATTHEW SLATTERY
Co-Founder, Vice President and COO
Matt Slattery is an expert on cutting-edge, LEED-certified building automation systems.
As vice president and COO of NSI, he oversees day-to-day operations, project management, materials, and staffing. Before joining NSI in 2009, he worked for 10 years as an HVAC service technician with Mechanical Air Controls in Marshfield, Massachusetts.
Matt is a “double eagle” with degrees from Boston College and Boston College High School. He has a son, and he spends his free time golfing or tackling projects in his historic home, built in 1740.
